Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 opens this Thursday/Friday at the stroke of midnight, and we have our tickets ready to go. Though devastated to see the seven-part series coming to an end, we know there is one good thing to come out of the emotional rubble – we can see our favorite actors from the films spread their wings and move onto other projects. I’m super excited for this movie, even though it’s already getting not so positive reviews. Loving SJP’s Valentino Couture dress, the color looks amazing on her skin. Kristen Davis opted for a vintage Jean dress from Decades Inc, love the color as well. Cynthia Nixon wore Carolina Herrera, a bit drab for such a big premier in my opinion. With exactly 35 pieces shown, designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli (who were named creative directors after former Gucci designer Alessandra Facchinetti was fired last year) gave us a collection to dream about. With slight hints of neon, shoulder and hand makeup, and a collection fit for royalty (and J.Lo, who wore Valentino on her wedding day), we are left wondering why these two weren’t picked to design before this.
