This is Kloss’ eighth international Vogue cover, though she has yet to score that grand daddy of covers — American Vogue. However, the S.S. Karlie is blasting into outer-space considering her recent strut down the Victoria’s Secret runway.

And then there’s the guaranteed seal of supermodel approval – the not-at-all-creepy attentions of noted supermodelizer Leonardo DiCaprio.  Come 2012 — mark my words —  Anna Wintour will render her in some disappointing cover story shot by default photogs, Mario Testino or Annie Leibovitz.

- Well, I think we can all agree that despite the thousands of dead, missing and misplaced people, the threat of nuclear Armageddon and the collapse of Japan’s economy, the biggest tragedy to come out of the Land of the Rising Sun is the cancellation of Japan Fashion Week. - ESPN Magazine is stepping up its style game with the hire of their first fashion editor, Samantha Rubin. The reason behind the move: apparently readers want to know what their favorite athletes are wearing and how to wear it. Looks like Heidi will appear in an upcoming issue of German Vogue with a spread revolving around shoes, or foot fetishes. Love the dress above, but not sure about the platform shoe/leggings, those don’t look too comfy. Also, did anyone notice that Heidi looks like Madonna in the third photo? Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing, prob bad since M has about 10+ years on Klum.

I almost don’t recognize Doutzen Kroes with curly hair (and wearing Ralph Lauren Spring 2009) on the cover of the April 2009 issue of Vogue Germany.

I have been so into the western/southern rock/down and dirty fashion lately. I love the contradiction between model Toni Garrn’s look and the rugged background she’s being photographed in. The leather pieces look fantastic; I’m hardcore digging the fringed leather gloves. Greg Kadel did a great job of bringing the desert to life in this spread. Looks like the fringe boots will be glued to my feet yet again this week.
