Take it back to your glory days of high school. The letterman jacket has been revamped and now a staple of many mens labels this fall.

Double the breast, double the fun. (Wait what?) These blazers and suits are making a major comeback. It's still a pretty emerging trend so try it now before everyone and their mother is doing it.

There are two things to keep in mind for Fall: wear things skinny and when in doubt wear a pattern. Take a cue from the Catholic school boy and rock a plaid necktie.

Forget what you thought about turtlenecks. They aren't just for old people, Europeans, and spies. Prove to be a man of luxury and refinement by keeping it classy and covering up that neck.

When it comes to fall timpieces it's time to square off. Let your round faced watches take a break this season and add some angles to your wrist.

Colors are key this fall. Put away some of your neon pieces from spring and op for more muted bright colors such as green or burnt orange.

While some other trends pay tribute to youth make sure you're bag doesn't scream childish. Carry your belongings in a leather briefcase for a versatile look.

Put the loafers away this season, boys. You never know what you're going to walk into so you'll need something with a harder bottom. Stay sartorial by going with a classic wingtip style.

Ladies:

A bold shoulder - Women used to dress in power suits to emphasize their equality to men. Though the scales are still a bit uneven, bring out those shoulder pads to show the boys you’re not only as good, but better.

Ball-buster heels- There’s nothing better than a 5-inch stiletto to kick through that glass ceiling.

A pantsuit - Take a page out of Hilary Clinton‘s playbook and leave the skirts for the sluts in the intern pool.

An executive realness bag – Because you’re not fooling anyone with that Dior knock-off and you don’t need all that bag square-footage for a résumé and some business cards.

Jewelry, but to a minimum – A little zazz here, a little sass there never hurt anyone, but don’t OD on the beads and bobbles. This is an interview not a night out at da club.

Gentlemen:

A tailored suit – Any schlub can put on a suit.  But if you’re trying to run shit, you’ll need to make sure the suit fits the aspirations so take it to a tailor.

A briefcase – You ever seen those guys with suits and backpacks and think, oh, I want him running my company? Didn’t think so.

A pocket square - Aside from being a dashing accessory, that nifty bit of fabric in the breast pocket comes in handy when you don’t want them to see you sweat.

Wingtips – Your career will take off on the wings of your tips. But since it’s summer, pair them with a nude ankle — it’s less stuffy and you’re not a woman of  the 19th century so no one will be scandalized.

A watch - Not only do you need to be on time — or preferably 15 minutes early — for your interview, a nice timepiece instills confidence in everyone around you. “Oh, that guy knows what time it is!” Yes, yes you do.

Good luck, out there kids! And remember, if you’re going to go on an interview, make sure you go to werq.

1. The Tux

You tuxedo will say everything about you  this year at prom. For this reason alone it is super important that you pick the right one according to your style. If you’re the type of guy who wants to go for the traditional black suit: fine, but if you really want to make a statement then try something different. Play around without different colors such as charcoal, try a dinner jacket, or even go for a totally unexpected colored suit all together. Also in the fashion world for men tailoring is super important and that means finding a tux that actually fits. That means nothing too baggy. Leave that for your sweatpants because remember no matter what you think it is still a formal event.

2. Necessary Accessories

Along with the tux there are a few other things that are completely necessary in your prom night. They include some type of neck tie,  a cummerbund or vest, shoes, and hopefully a watch. Many times guys are guilted into wearing colors that directly match thier date. The problem with this is that what’s good for the gander is not always good for the goose. I’ve witnessed many guys wearing colors that didn’t flatter them at all but wore it for the sake of matching, This isn’t the stone age anymore and men are allowed to have a say in fashion. Instead of matching colors why not try wearing complimenting colors and if your date insists on matching for for a shade that better suits the individual.  Let your shoes and watch dictate your own personal style but make sure they fit your outfit.

3. That Extra Touch

If this will be your senior prom then it is the perfect night to let your style inhibitions go wild. It’s your last night to party with the rest of your seniors and you should make the most of your night. Make your outfit scream your name. Add splashes of color, throw on and layer accessories, wear a pair of converses; do anything that will make you feel like yourself,without getting you kicked out that is

Watchmakers and magazines are promoting timely wristwear by using crotch-shots, threesomes and big bulges. We’ve got some of the latest, very NSFW spreads after the jump.

Geil Magazine steps up the crotchvertising ante with these highly seductive images featuring two men and one very lustful lady. The editorial is pretty racy, but I’m not sure if it’s got me thinking about watches or when I can get away for a quick romp on Pornhub.

Not necessarily crotchvertising, but definitely bringing some sex to wristwear, our favorite deviant snapjockie plays it up for Vogue Homme in a spread that’s got us thinking about doing the naughty.

Tush Magazine really pushed crotchvertising to it’s limit with this spread by photographer Armin Morbach featuring a number of men getting ready to unleash the beast so to speak. Kind of makes me think they’re all about to take a piss which doesn’t make me think watches as much as it makes me think umbrellas.

Jon Kortajarena gives us his version of crotchvertising with this steamy spread for Vogue Hommes International. A watch, a towel and tons of sex appeal.
