Psst! Ladies! Have you heard the latest out of London? Fur is in!

But simmer down, PETA, and put away that red paint — we’re talking about chest hair, here.

Yes, in a recent survey of 3,000 British women, 85 percent said the hirsute look suits men best, reports the Daily Mail.

No wonder English native Ed Westwick has been spotted around town in plunging necklines that reveal his bountiful breast locks. “I’m into the whole showing-a-bit-of-chest-hair thing,” the “Gossip Girl” star has admitted.

Meanwhile, fellow Brit David Beckham had better call off that back, sack, and crack wax — according to the survey, commissioned by Sound Asleep and carried out by OnePoll.com, only 8 percent of the ladies said they liked their men groomed to metrosexualdom.

In fact, British women’s taste for body hair varied little by region, reports the Daily Mail. Females in the North East of England desire “manly men,” with 97 percent wanting their guys to stay untrimmed; in Wales, they prefer a Tom Jones-worthy thicket of chest fur and get a kick out of hairy legs.

The East Midlands did fess up to having a bit of a weakness for the waxed and shaved, with 15 percent admitting they’re turned on by a guy who tweezes.

While StyleList finds the study interesting, we’re not quite sure U.S. women would agree. Otherwise, Robin Williams would be considered our country’s biggest hunk.

Speaking of hairy legs, find out which recent Oscar nominee refuses to shave her gams.

Soho’s first “Browologist” salon, Hibba NYC, is an organic salon that promises a warm and inviting experience for all your hair removal needs. Owner Hibba Kapil coined the term Browology© as the signature brow sculpting art of creating perfect eyebrows for your face…

The salon is warm and welcoming, complete with candles and meditation music and offers a precise range of services including her signature threading for brow and facial hair-removal.

Hibba consults with each client first by drawing the ideal shape with a brow pencil and threading around the shape. A soothing temple massage and rosewater compression completes the experience. The result, a perfect face framing brow.

Hibba NYC’s company motto is ‘Go Green with Threading™’ using only natural cotton thread for threading and offering a choice between two natural waxes, Sugaring and Azulene. Sugaring, which is adopted from ancient Egyptian methods of hair-removal is made from sugar, water, gel and rose oil and Azulene is an all natural wax composed of mushroom extracts, chamomile and resins. Together with threading, natural waxing and sugaring, Hibba is making the hair removal process an overall easy and enjoyable experience. Sugaring is also said to reduce the the amount of regrowth and soften the hair that does grow back.

Hibba NYC is not only dedicated to improving your look and maintaining an eco-friendly practice – they work hard to give back to the community as well. Every Monday, the salon closes its doors to donate their time to various organizations that work towards philanthropic causes. Most recently Hibba NYC assisted with the New York Restoration Project and The American Cancer Society.

Hibba NYC is conveniently located on West Broadway and Prince. More info on HibbaBeauty.com

Positioned to become the best waxing/hair removal experience anywhere at affordable prices, Uni.K.Wax Centers are the first to create a “waxing only” centers with unique and innovative hair removal services and products that originated in the bikini capital of the world, South Beach.

Now with tons of celebrity fans and over 20 booming locations from coast-to-coast, Uni.K.Wax Centers are growing rapidly by word-of-mouth as more and more friends recommend these body and facial waxing specialists, as did I after my first experience at Uni.K.

Offering both male and female clients a greener waxing experience in facial and full body waxing, Uni.K.Wax Centers use an innovative natural, herbal wax that completely removes hair without wasteful and painful paper strips (that’s me getting waxed in the pic above). Unlike “hard waxes” that break on the skin, Uni.K.Wax always stays soft on the skin and has a proprietary elasticity that allows the technician the ability to remove hair thoroughly without the pain of “pulling” the skin with paper strips. Uni.K.Wax is created from safe, natural ingredients including pine sap (giving it that green color) and beeswax and has an aloe vera base that nourishes the skin while gently removing hair.

Using just enough wax for each client, each Uni.K.Wax Center client is waxed with their very own personalized warming canister of wax (above, from when I got waxed) that is prepared on site in the Uni.K.Wax laboratory. Unused wax is disposed of immediately after each service to ensure a standard of hygiene found in no other waxing salon (totally the best thing about Uni.K, and the fact that they are open 7 days a week, until 10pm during weekdays).

Uni.K.Wax Centers are also affordable and offer a detailed wax menu for both men and women. Waxing everything but the head (I don’t think you want to do that anyways), Uni.K.Wax prices range from $8.00 for upper lip to full Brazilian Bikini for $25.00 for women. Additional services include Shapes for men and women and Celebrity Brows starting at $25.00 with take home stencil and cosmetic kits.

Special packages for her include full legs, bikini line and under arms for $63.00 and back, shoulders, chest and stomach for him for $93.00.

Check out their site here.
