Last night, we were lucky enough to get to shop the Zac Posen for Target collection hours before the pop up shop opened to the public at 11pm. We expected a frenzy, girls fighting over the pieces, but were surprised to find racks full of dresses, tops, and even swimwear…there was even a dressing room section.

Zac Posen’s company was hit very hard by the recession, which probably gave him more reason to do a Target collection. More details on Fashionista.

The Zac Posen collection for Target, which won’t hit stores till April 25, is all Zac, with tons of printed dresses that are both perfect for summer and perfect for our wallets. My fave looks are above, check out Fashionista for the entire lookbook.

While some think Zac Posen’s collection for Target is a first, most forget about the collection he released a year ago exclusively for Target of Australia. Yup, we’re aware like that. Shots of the original collection after the jump.
