How are you celebrating the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides? Even if the movie sucks, which is probable, it’s still fun to play dress-up for the occasion. 

What you wear on your right ring finger today you might want on your left pointer tomorrow, and of course you should get what you want. The legendary motorcycle club is suing McQueen, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Zappos for selling items bearing the Hells Angels’ winged skull. Sounds silly (if you wanna sue someone for wearing skulls, you’d have to track down every goth kid since 1982), but it makes a bit of sense when you notice the McQueen designs in question: the $495 “Hell’s Four-Finger Ring” and the $1565 “Hells Angels Jacquard Box Dress.” The bikers are claiming copyright infringement…and their feelings are hurt, god damnit!

“This isn’t just about money, it’s about membership,” said Hells Angels lawyer Fritz Clapp, a Los Angeles-based biker who sports a red mohawk. “If you’ve got one of these rings on, a member might get really upset that you’re an imposter.”

I’d argue that ownership of skulls is a silly thing to claim, but I really don’t want to get on the Hells Angels’ bad side. Just ask Rolling Stones fans.
