Té Casan Closes Its Doors
Yet another retail outlet closed due to our economic crisis…and took a celeb designer with it.
Natalie Portman’s animal-free (vegan) line of footwear was launched in February of this year and retailed on average for $200 a pair.
Portman’s line didn’t fail on its own merits. Instead, it was a casualty of the closing of its parent company, Té Casan, which closed up shop for good last month.
Hopefully, Portman will seek to continue her vegan venture with another partnership.
