A woman is trying to rent out her East Village bathroom for $400.

For a second, I considered.

I can’t imagine that any one would really want this spot, but she states that her bathroom is very, very large and that she’s okay with you having guests over as long as you leave the room when ever she has to drop the Cosby kids at the pool.
