Topshop has successfully conquered NYC, but H&M ain’t ready to give up the cheap chic title without a fight. Their fall preview is filled with the trends we’ve been lusting for since last September’s runway and it seems like the retailer is gonna bring some loving from NYC’s fashion set back into its doors.
