They're totally pull-offable (er...), but you need to do it right. This chick is wearing a size-too-big sandal, and they look like they're made of felt. Provided you don't have cankles, don't pair them with a toga or anything else Roman-inspired that could make you look too costumey, and have a quality pair or maybe a pair that are embellished or patent or somehow interesting (again, without being tacky)... they're totally doable. It's all about balance. Except when it comes to Uggs and Crocs. Still a no-no. I think the girl in the picture is an overall don't. And she needs a hug, too. Nono!!
