Bi-monthly, Multi-Vendor Venue Debuts with Cutting-Edge Fashions and High-Energy Shopping Experience
On Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th, make plans to attend the grand opening of the Uptown Emerging Designers Market (UEDM), Harlem’s leading bi-monthly hub for unique and stylish clothing and accessories. From 11am – 7pm both days, at the Hip Hop Culture Center in Harlem, the UEDM will host up to 50 of the nation’s top developing designers showcasing and selling their men’s and women’s apparel, handbags, jewelry and more, as it creates an unparalleled shopping experience complete with complimentary cocktails, “tastemaker” gift bag giveaways and a live DJ spinning world music, old-school classics, house, and contemporary hip-hop. Meanwhile, the Hip Hop Culture Center in Harlem will have on display its one-of-a-kind hip-hop history exhibit.
