Since when is it outpatient surgery to open up your chest and break and rewire your ribs. It is a major surgery with an extremely long recovery period because it is hard for your ribs to heal when they are moving as you breath. I have been trying for years to have mine fixed but every doctor has strongly discouraged it. Do you know of something new? Even the Nuss procedure is major surgery.

And actually the boobs help cover it up. Have you ever seen a male with this? It is really sad they have a flat chest with a big hole in the middle. At least with boobs the fill the edges in and can disguise the cleavage a little bit. But then my boobs are real so the fat moves more than a bag.

The doctor put the implants on top of the breast muscle instead of underneath the muscle. This causes crimping and creasing of extra skin in the crack between the breasts. Horrible job! Doesn't anyone check out the work of their plastic surgeon? I wonder where her nipples are now?

Tori Spelling was never a pretty girl – in fact – she was always a bit ugly but at least she was natural looking. Now she's a plastic mess. I don't know what's worse, her face or her boobs. She should have spent the money on that very fixable concave chest issue she has. That's a very minor surgery that can be preformed on an outpatient basis. Now that she put the fake boobs on top of the breast muscle, she's made the problem with her chest more prominent. What Hollywood doctor did all that???

Two things….. her sternum sinks in, nothing to do with her boobs. Mine does too but it is not as noticeable. Second, it is perfectly normal to look more and more like your mother as you age. It is called genetics.

She *should* resemble her mother. My daughter resembles me!

I've been wondering about Tori for a long time. Cheek implants? What the heck is going on in her poor face?

Her boob job makes her body look really old.

How will she feel about her own children not resembling her (they'll have her old features)?

I agree about the face melting. At times it almost looks like someone threw a pot of boiling water onto her face, and the makeup artist is trying to cover it up. It’s sad.
