Chunky platform heels are typically associated with that late-night profession, putting a few extra bucks in the garter of a woman who knows how to work the heels and a sleazy crowd. But let’s face it, chunky platforms have been all over the runways for Spring 2009 and are making a classy comeback! Avoid the stripper look by wearing these heels with a tasteful cocktail dress, layering with jewelry and applying tasteful makeup. If you don’t want to give off the wrong vibe, i’d leave the thick eyeliner, pleather hip-huggers and Playboy necklace at home.
