Along with the androgynous trend instigated by designers’ Fall 2008 collections, oxford shoes have made their way back into the fashion scene. For the most part, we’ve seen basic oxford styles and colors (blacks, brows and greys), but Fall 2009 is editing the trend and making colorful and fun patterned oxfords the shoe to wear! I’m sure you’ve seen this trendy merchandise floating around stores from Opening Ceremony to Topshop, but it’s about time we counter the a-typical New York black wardrobe with some fun footwear!
