We’ve seen them on necks, hands, backs, you name it…and now the phenomenon has reached the face!

Actually, I’m just kidding, cuz this crazy biatch apparently came in to get 3 stars, fell asleep, and came out looking like this…and is now suing the tattoo artist.

Is this possible? Do you guys believe it? Or is this a total joke?
