Back in the early internet days me and my geeky friends would search out emulators and roms for nes, snes, sega and so on. Some of the roms for these games were hacks. For instance you could play mario bros in pixelated nudity, or as a menstruating female "mario." One of the mario bros hacks I found was completely in japanese, and so bizarre and freakish as well as difficult to play. This outfit reminds me of one of the redesigned characters. Sorry, first thing to come to mind.
