McQueen is the latest designer to get addicted to Twitter.

Alexander McQueen can’t stop the tweets. He began posting messages on twitter.com/mcqueenworld early last week, and he’s already in full flow – around the clock.

In addition to more workaday proclamations – such as “I’m at the dentist…about to go under the knife! Have just finished a killer twisted jacket though” – he’s using the medium for more serious news, such as his decision to stream his next Paris runway show on Oct. 6 live on his company’s website, alexandermcqueen.com, in collaboration with SHOWstudio, Nick Knight’s fashion website.
