Celebrity Wedding Dress Gossip: L’Wren Scott for Angelina Jolie

It hasn’t even been a month since the Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel wedding, but we are starting to starve for more celebrity wedding gossip. Rumors of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie wedding have been swirling around for months, but we finally found something juicy. L’Wren Scott is allegedly designing the wedding dress. Read up on all the details after the jump.

Celebrity Wedding Dress Gossip: LWren Scott for Angelina Jolie

Everyone’s guilty pleasure is celebrity wedding speculation. Whether it was Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, or Jessica Biel, celebrities have the dispensable income that enable them to throw some of the most lavish and extravagant fairytale weddings ever. Although those weddings seem insignificant when compared to what the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie wedding could be. And we finally have the (arguably) most important detail. Who’s going to design the dress?

Our first guesses would usually follow along the lines of Marchesa, Valentino, or Vera Wang considering they are more traditional celebrity bridal choices. But here’s the curveball. A “source” revealed to Grazia Daily that L’Wren Scott would design Jolie’s dress for her *cough* third marriage.

The joining of the Hollywood royalty that is the Jolie-Pitt family will not be an affair to miss and you know we’re going to keep you posted every step of the way. The couple that have three biological children together revealed they were engaged six months ago when Jolie stepped out with a whopping 10 carat diamond ring on her finger. While reports of the potential wedding dress designer have surfaced, the only other snippet we have is that the nuptials are set to take place at the couple’s French chateau.

L’Wren Scott the designer is a former model and the current girlfriend of Mick Jagger. She has dressed celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicole Kidman, and Penelope Cruz on the red carpet. Jolie reportedly did not want someone to design her dress that was known for their bridal work, leading her decision to Scott. This makes sense considering the actress was married once in black rubber pants and a bloody white tshirt. Although we wouldn’t mind seeing a little blood spatter on her wedding gown. At least there’s one thing we know for sure, she definitely won’t be wearing pink.

If you think we’ve almost run out of celebrity weddings to stalk, we still have Keira Knightley’s to look forward too. It’s been rumored that Karl Lagerfeld himself would design the dress for the Chanel bride.
