Well this is disturbing. A mother in Greenley, Colorado freaked out after seeing crotchless panties made to fit a 7-year-old in a store at her local shopping mall. The classy retailer in question is called Kid N Teen, and the owner claims the racy underwear was meant for the 25 percent of shoppers who fit into the teen category. Even so, mother Erin French was mortified to see them among princess dresses and furry animal backpacks. Watch the local news story after the jump.
