- Carine Roitfeld is rebounding nicely post-Vogue with a gig at Barneys. The luxury retailer has commissioned Roitfeld to act as guest editor, muse, and stylist for their Fall 2011 season. Look for Carine’s personal touch on the Barneys catalogue, fall campaign, their store windows as well as a short film with her at the focus. - Vogue Italia‘s EIC, Franca Sozzani wags her bony little finger at pro–anorexia websites for propagating eating disorders in young girls while defending  designers who altruistically “discard those [models] who are visibly suffering from nutritional problems.” Well, as long as they’re discarded….
