I’ve never cared much for Christmas — aside from a really long vacation from school or work, I never really got the fuss. In fact, I’d more than happy to ignore this holiday and just get wasted, eat Chinese food and catch the premiere of The Iron Lady. Junya Watanabe Comme des Garçon Ruffle Sleeve Motorcycle Jacket
Having never rode a motorcycle — nor possessing the desire ever to ride one — I’ve never had a motorcycle jacket. But who needs a hog when you’ve got these marvelous ruffled sleeves that practically yelp “Hell’s Angel?” $2695 Barneys

Story by Lester Brathwaite

I was center square from 1969 to 1978, during which I perfected the art of the zing as well as a crippling cocaine addiction. Bea Arthur was responsible for both. @LesFabian lester at fashionindie.com
