The French fashion house Dior has had iconic actresses like Marion Cotillard and Esquire‘s ”Sexiest Woman Alive” Mila Kunis as spokesmodels in the past, but now fashion-world darling Jennifer Lawrence is slated to be the label’s latest spokesmodel for Miss Dior

Jennifer Lawrence Transforms from Miss Katniss to Miss Dior

The fashion world seems to be infatuated with Miss Katniss Everdeen. Lead actress from The Hunger Games 22-year old Jennifer Lawrence has just nabbed another high-profile fashion gig. The iconic fashion house Dior has named her as the latest face to appear in the upcoming spring 2013 fashion campaigns.

Coming in off of her first Vogue and W Magazine covers, Jennifer seems to be taking the fashion world by storm. The actress who attended the Dior couture show in July, is collaborating for the first time with the fashion brand.

She began her acting career in the starring role of 2010′s Winter’s Bone and then as a superhero character with blue skin in X-Men: First Class. Raf Simmons praised her “powerful performances” in the past and is an admirer of the complex characters that she plays.

The actress known for her quirky sense of humor and off-the-wall red carpet interviews also surprisingly stated that unless she’s getting ready for the red carpet, it only takes her 15 minutes to get ready in the morning.

Personally, we are massive fans of the quirky actress and are as infatuated with her as the rest of the fashion world is. Jennifer is getting up to speed on the fashion world and she’s taking like a fish to water. We look forward to seeing what Miss Lawrence has in store for us in the future and after seeing what she was capable of doing during the Hunger Games, we should probably be a little scared too.

If you’ve missed some of Jennifer Lawrence’s more notable fashion moments then be sure to check out what she wore to the premiere of The Hunger Games.
