After Robert Pattinson’s appearance on The Daily Show Monday night, the comedian Jon Stuart attempted to make his news deliverance more relatable to the Twilight fan base that tuned into his show.

Jon Stuart Switches Up His Format to Keep Twilight Fans Watching

After actor Robert Pattinson’s first TV appearance since girlfriend Kristen Stuart cheated on him, Jon Stuart added a couple of new elements Tuesday night on The Daily Show to keep it interesting for his new audience. Twitter user “RPattslover” tweeted “totes lame #yawn” regarding the Monday night interview with the heartthrob to show her lack of appreciation for the political funny show and it’s host.

So last night before Jon’s comparison of Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, he added a “Wait! Don’t Leave! Here is a picture of Taylor Lautner …Edition!” bar on the bottom of his screen and compared Mitt to a vampire and Obama to a werewolf. When the show cut back to Stuart he was wearing a false set of fangs.

Pattinson is on a media tour to promote his new movie Cosmopolis directed by David Cronenberg, but he cannot escape getting asked “are you ok?”. Jon Stuart opened his Robert Pattinson interview with a tub of ice cream so they could eat their feelings regarding the breakup. R-Patz remains awkward and uncomfortable and on this morning’s broadcast of Good Morning America, he dodged saying anything regarding his personal life.

Whether or not R-Patz will be ok after this scandal is over is still debatable. But we’re sure that the heartthrob will have no problem moving on quickly as many Hollywood starlets are lining up to take the adulteress’s spot in Robert’s love life.
