Lindsay Lohan has both her Lifetime Elizabeth Taylor biopic and Bret Easton Ellis flick entitled The Canyons coming out in the next couple of months. And while we have seen a few previews of The Canyons, we have yet to see Lohan’s acting abilities. Well in a new 1950′s style teaser trailer, Lindsay talks! Check the results after the jump.
Lindsay Lohan’s character Tara in The Canyons is described as “a sensuous woman torn between two loves” in this 1950′s style trailer for the Bret Easton Ellis penned film. While the first two teasers left all to the imagination as far as Lohan’s acting abilities, the actress talks in this latest trailer and we couldn’t help but to giggle.
Maybe Lohan will surprise us like she did with her support for Mitt Romney. Or maybe she will continue to be the train-wreck that we all know and love her to be. Regardless, seeing Lohan in an art film may just be the best idea ever. And we can’t wait for its release.
In related news, the budget for Lindsay Lohan’s film Liz and Dick was kept tightly wound. Using every favor he had in his book, costume designer Salvador Perez Jr. supplied the entire wardrobe with just $155,000. More details here.
