Ruby Jean-Wilson Reflects in Marc Jacobs S/S13 Campaign

Ruby Jean Wilson Reflects in Marc Jacobs S/S13 Campaign

One part Factory Girl and one part Cheshire Cat, the first image from the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2013 campaign starring Ruby Jean-Wilson has our senses reeling. Featuring prominent black-and-white stripes against multiple mirrored reflections, the advertisement is like looking into a Marc Jacobs kaleidoscope.

Ruby models one of the mod-tastic looks off the Spring/Summer runway that is much illusion as it is garment. Shot by Jeurgan Teller, the 1960s inspired shoot’s look is as modern as it is retro. Actually, if you look at it long enough you might see the spirit of Andy Warhol. Here’s to hoping Ruby’s fame lasts longer than 15 minutes.
