There was mass speculation on who the Oscar-winner would wear on her big day, but it turns out she donned none other than the designs of sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy behind the label Rodarte.
Miss Natalie Portman married baby-daddy/choreographer Benjamin Millepied in a moonlit traditional Jewish wedding ceremony last Saturday night wearing a dress by the American label Rodarte. Speculation of the mystery gown was first directed at the label that Natalie is the face of, Dior, but recent photos that have surfaced showing the White Swan in a simple A-line dress with sheer long sleeves.
It only makes sense that the actress who played the main character in the 2010 film Black Swan to wear Rodarte, as the label created many costumes for the film that Natalie and her future husband met on. A born trend-setter, Natalie’s wedding day fashion that was accessorized by nude pumps and a delicate flower crown reflect a more understated trend in weddings. With no black feathers in sight, our White Swan finally achieved the perfection that she has been searching for all along.
