A peek inside the Ohlas New York collection

ohlasAlthough summer seems to be slipping through our fingers, to some, the sun-and-sand lifestyle never fades. Ohlas New York is a shop that garners its inspiration from that very attitude, but with a twist. New York City and surfing define the Ohlas aesthetic, and in the eyes of founders Tom Nguyen and Ceasar Saingchin, it’s a mission of simplicity, form, function, and of course, East Coast surf style. Primarily selling their wares via an online boutique (although you can check the Ohlas Facebook page for those occasions when they set up shop at Brooklyn Flea markets), their goal is merely, “to get our vibe out there and see what sticks. If people dig it, we’ll keep doin’ it.” – Sara Orofino
