Though I audibly gasped upon seeing this pair of Kei Kagami¬†shoes, they’re actually kind of ugly. But this design, which looks slightly lopsided and very awkward by itself, probably transforms into the most beautiful of specimens when placed on a foot.

A 4-inch heel is covered by an ankle shield, held in place by screws and attached to the laces with, well, laces. Leather everything, and it looks buttery soft if my eyes aren’t playing tricks. Sometimes ugly is beautiful. Get your weird on for $774.95 at Solestruck.com.
