With more of a hip hop edge than what you’d suspect of a designer from a small town in Bavaria, this skater kid turned fashion designer as a knack for dark street chic, even in head-to-toe white. Boris Bidjan Saberi cuts silhouettes that fall so casually around a man’s form, dripping with a gentleman’s ease. On the other side of the coin, there lie military undertones in Autumn, hunter greens, fatigue style, reworked shifted combat boots. We’re amped to see what’s coming next out of his Barcelona-based studio. Take a peek at the green of fall ’12 and the black/white contrast of spring ’13.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Snoop Dogg and the backcountry of the Northwest, designer Adam Kimmel is giving menswear details that spark. His upcoming collaboration is with Carhartt will take the traditional American blue collar workwear brand (that is actually pretty chic in Europe) to a very cool level. If his understated Supreme collab last year is any indication, he will bring a subtle savage suaveness to the industrial brand. Check his Fall 2012 collection to see what we mean.
