Penney going at it and Urban Outfitters embroiled in a lawsuit of its own design, but those two have nothing on the legal battle between Tiffany & Co. and Swatch Group. Swatch has sued Tiffany’s for an astronomical $4.13 billion in lost profits; Tiffany’s, meanwhile, has reported net sales of only $3.09 billion.
