Abbey Lee Kershaw and River Viiperi Lounge Poolside for Versace x H&M Cruise

Edited by

Saucy Aussie Abbey Lee Kershaw and handsome Spaniard River Viiperi are serenely still when not getting along swimmingly in the latest videos for Versace x H&M’s Crusie Collection, also known as that other diffusion line rendered completely irrelevant because it’s not available in the U.S. Take a look at the six campaign vids after the jump!

The Versace x H&M Resort Lookbook

Edited by

Every look from Versace x H&M‘s online-only resort collection has hit the interwebs. And it’s not that great. More like Versace for Kohl’s, the pieces look cheap and bland compared to the massively successful original. Perhaps it’s no big loss that this line isn’t available in the states, but only in countries where H&M offers e-commerce, such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Click through to discover what you’re (not) missing — although I do see a lovely black robe I wouldn’t mind getting drunk in during the mornings.

25 Top Fashion Moments of 2011

Edited by

‘Twas one hell of a year for fashion, 2011.  Alexander McQueen triumphed this year thanks to a pair of well-documented dresses and a bona fide cultural phenomenon at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Christian Dior tried to rebound from a potential PR nightmare, to varying degrees of success. Diffusion lines easily out-shined their designer homes.  An editrix reinvented herself amidst a sea of rumors without losing a beat.  And underaged fashionistas grew up in front of our very eyes. Here are our picks for the 25 most memorable and stylish moments of 2011.

Marni & Friends: H&M’s Next Design Collaboration

Edited by

Lines forming from Los Angeles to Tokyo. A high-profile fashion show featuring Prince and Nicki Minaj. The entire collection selling out within minutes of going on sale. Donatella Versace moving her face for the first time in decades. Twas a highly successful collaboration between H&M and Versace, one the retail chain will no doubt find hard to replicate. Although that doesn’t mean it’s not going to give it a try when H&M’s next diffusion line with Marni hits 260 stores and the interwebs in March.

Four Exotic Hotels For A Not-So-Typical Holiday

Edited by

Your holiday season gets redundant. You go to the same place, eat the same food and do the same things every year. Switch it up this holiday with an exotic vacation to one of our favorite hotels. Sleep on designer beds, relax on a beach or ride Santa’s reindeer. Bring your family, your bestie or your beau because this holiday, you’re celebrating in style.

Versace Making a Comeback to H&M

Edited by

If you exercised a degree of sanity and sat out the shopping shitshow that was Versace x H&M over the weekend, your sagacity might pay off after all. Beginning January 19, Donatella Versace has designed a spring pre-collection to go on sale in countries where H&M offers e-commerce, including the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. No word yet on America, but there’s always the completely unreasonable option of eBay

Versace x H&M: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Edited by

Animals. We became animals over the animal-geo-floral-tropic printed Versace x H&M collection. And this was at the press pre-release! Friday evening, editors, bloggers, and VIPs sauntered up to the H&M on the corner of 51st and 5th Ave expecting to give a name and stroll in for some cordial industry-insider shopping. What we found was a line around the block (next to bundled up kiddies already camped out for the actual Saturday 9AM opening), and a shopping ferocity usually reserved for Black Friday

MALE MODEL HUMPDAY: Vintage Versace, Va-Va-Va-Voom!! [NSFW]

Edited by

In celebration of the Versace x H&M collection’s unveiling this week, Male Model Humpday brings you classic Versace ads from the 80s and 90s. Greats Richard AvedonHerb Ritts and Bruce Weber captured a gaggle of supers including Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, and Stephanie Seymour accompanied by a herd of naked male models, including world’s first super-male-model, Marcus Schenkenberg. Enjoy this Humpday with a trip through Versace’s proud and storied legacy of gratuitous male nudity.
