Tanja Kiewitz, model and handless fox, recreated Eva Herzigova‘s classic Wonderbra ad. Reading “Look me in the  eyes…I said the eyes,” the new ad is to promote Belgian’s handicap awareness group CAP48.

The Sound of One Hand ClappingKiewitz revealed she was hesitant at first to shoot the ad:

“I was a bit nervous about appearing like that in front of the photographer. I’m not a prude, but my arm has always been something very intimate for me.”

She went on to express the hope that handicapped people would be used in advertising. And why not? Disabled people buy things too.

Plus handless people are a lot less likely to shoplift.

Story by Lester Brathwaite

I was center square from 1969 to 1978, during which I perfected the art of the zing as well as a crippling cocaine addiction. Bea Arthur was responsible for both. @LesFabian lester at fashionindie.com
